The Centre offers several yoga courses conducted by trained yogacharyas. These are

  • Yoga for Health – this is general course designed for maintaining good health
     Duration – 3 months, Monday -Friday
     Timings - 2 batches
  • Weekend Yoga – Specially designed for busy executives and professionals
      Duration – Every Saturday & Sunday
      Timings:
  • Yoga for Ailments - special yoga for specific health problem under expert supervision
  • Pranayama and yoga kriya classes
